TERMS OF IRONWILL FOOTBALL DEFENSIVE LINE ACADEMY

Refund Policy:

IRONWILL FOOTBALL Academy is designed for serious football player specifically Defensive Linemen who are looking to play at a higher level. Because our program is in high demand, we do not offer refunds for any case. If you are registered for a group session or private session we will not offer any rescheduled sessions for any case. Terms of Liability:

I have enrolled my child the personalized health and fitness program offered through IRONWILL FOOTBALL in Calgary, Alberta. I recognize that the program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and position specific training, and other various fitness activities. 

I hereby affirm that my child is in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability of condition which prevents or limit my participation in this positional skill program. I acknowledge my enrolment and participation in IRONWILL FOOTBALL Defensive Line Academy. 

From all manners of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, agent, claims, injuries, sickness, losses, costs expenses (including attorney fees)and demands whatsoever which I may have as against the said IRONWILL Football arising from, related to, or as a direct result of the participation by my child in the Defensive Linemen Academy activities operated by IRONWILL Football.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and certify that my child is in good physical and mental health. I understand that this agreement constitutes a legal agreement which is binding upon myself as well as upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity. I have read and understand all of the terms of this agreement, and by signing this agreement I am voluntarily agreeing to abide by the terms set forth herein.
